💼 Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:
- Run outbound sourcing for engineers and GRC analysts
- Manage candidate pipeline in Notion/Airtable
- Schedule interviews and track conversion rates
Client Ops:
- Support onboarding and client communication workflows
- Track client deliverables and team updates
- Document and standardize delivery processes
Systems:
- Maintain CRM/ATS hygiene
- Draft job descriptions and scorecards
- Coordinate between founder and delivery team
